The TPS Institute is a professional development program featuring weekly readings, group discussions, and guest speakers. The experience culminates in a capstone of the participant’s choosing, which can include writing or revising lesson plans, writing submissions for Notes from the Field or the TPS Case Studies, or submitting to present at TPS Fest.
The goals for this program include:
- To provide a professional development opportunity to the broad TPS community
- To build a cohort of early to mid-career professionals
- To create a sustainable training model
The first instantiation of TPS Institute ran as a pilot program, and spanned six weeks in May and June 2025. Selected capstone projects from this year’s cohort are gathered here.
