Using the Question Formulation Technique with Primary Sources from the LOC, April 8 at 1:30/2:30/3:30/4:30pm

Geared towards K-12 administrators and teachers who want to explore the topic of teaching the 2020 election in social studies classes, but potentially of use to anyone who teaches with primary sources. The Right Question Institute is in the midst of a multi-year collaborative grant with the Library of Congress to examine use of the Question Formulation Technique (QFT) with primary sources from the library’s extensive collection. Join us for a discussion of how the QFT can be used with primary sources – and how primary sources from the Library of Congress can be used to deepen the practice of inquiry in social studies.
