What happens when you have a successful primary source instruction program? Having an active instruction program is wonderful, but it can create a strain on materials, staff, and workflows. How do you manage staff time, advocate for more resources, and learn to say no? How do you make materials accessible while also protecting them from overuse? How do you prevent burnout?
